Terms of Service, Refund Policy and
Replacement Policy
For Physical Merchandise: For physical merchandise delivered via postal mail, Federal Express or UPS, we will issue a full refund for any product that arrives damaged if it's returned with in 30 days of purchase. If the customer prefers, we will replace the damaged product if it's returned within 30 days of purchase. We will also issue a full refund of any product purchased for any reason upon request if it's returned in undamaged condition within 30 days of purchase. This refund policy does not apply to membership programs, which involve recurring monthly billing, such as the Live Thin Diet-Free Club, the terms of which are described below. The Live Thin Diet-Free Club: If you enroll in the Live Thin Diet-Free Club, your trial membership for $1 will last 14 days, after which your credit card or debit card will be billed monthly for $37 unless you decide to cancel. You may cancel out of the program at any time simply by sending an email to Dr. Harry Malhotra at hmwtloss101@yahoo.com
Cancellations must be done in writing via email. We will examine refund requests on a case-by-case basis and issue refunds at our option. These terms of service are deemed accepted by anyone who uses this site.
